These are individual outcomes. Team evidence looks different.
The three accounts above come from individual participants, and each one describes one person in one situation. They are not team evidence and they are not presented as it.
Team-level evidence comes from the reassessment at the end of a cycle: a second SignalCheck, using different situations at the same difficulty, scored on the same five dimensions and the same fixed bands. That is reported at team level, with individual scores removed.
Practical outcomes, not universal promises.
These cases show how three participants applied SignalResponse in real career and workplace situations. They do not establish that every participant will receive the same result.
They are self-reported or participant-confirmed outcomes. They are not controlled research, psychometric validation or proof of financial return.
Start with the situation that needs to change.
A private SignalCheck identifies where to begin. SignalResponse builds the development from the result.
