The weighted result across all five dimensions. It exists so the same person can be measured again later and see whether anything moved.
Five fixed bands, never rescaled
Foundation, Emerging, Developing, Strong, Exceptional. The bands do not move between people or between sessions, which is what makes a later report meaningful against the first.
Where the overall score comes from
Each of the five scored separately. A strong overall score can still hide one dimension that is costing the person every difficult meeting.
