Who we are

We are the data controller for the information described here.

What this site collects

Only what you type into the contact form. That means your name, your work email address, your company, your role, your team size, and your message. Nothing else. There is no account on this site. The form includes two hidden anti-spam checks. They collect nothing about you. A hidden field records which form on this site you used.

Why we collect it, and how long we keep it

To answer your enquiry, and to have the conversation that follows if you want one. We do not use it for anything else.

We keep enquiry messages for 12 months, then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time, and we will.

Cookies, analytics and third parties

This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics and no trackers. Nothing you do here is profiled or passed to an advertising network.

One exception, and only if you ask for it. Each booking page has a button that opens the booking calendar. If you press it, the calendar is loaded from Calendly and Calendly sets its own cookies. Nothing is requested from Calendly, and no Calendly cookie exists, unless you press that button.

The site makes no third party requests when you read it. The Montserrat typeface is served from this domain. Your browser never contacts a font provider, and no outside company learns that you visited.

Like any website, our hosting provider, Cloudflare Pages, keeps technical server logs. These include IP address and browser type. We do not use this data to identify visitors.

Your enquiry is delivered to us by email through Resend, which handles the sending. It is not sold, rented, or shared with anyone else.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. There is no charge and we will not ask for a reason. Not satisfied with how we handled a request? You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office in the United Kingdom.
