For how a diagnostic handles participant information, see data and confidentiality.

01

What these terms cover

These terms apply to every SignalCheck engagement: the free SignalScan, the free debrief, an individual SignalCheck, the SignalResponse 1:1 programme, and a SignalCheck Teams engagement. By booking or taking part, you agree to them. How we handle personal information and session recordings is set out on the data and confidentiality page, and nothing here reduces it.

02

What an engagement includes

An individual SignalCheck includes the 45-minute session, expert review, the written scored report, and 15 minutes with a reviewer.

SignalResponse 1:1 includes eight hours of private 1:1 development, delivered across eight weeks, built from your SignalCheck, and it ends with a repeat SignalCheck. Your SignalCheck fee comes off the programme price. Details are on the individuals page.

A SignalCheck Teams engagement is defined in a written scope agreed after the first call. The scope states the team, the price, what is delivered, and the timeline. That written scope is part of these terms for that engagement. If a signed enterprise agreement conflicts with these standard terms, the signed agreement takes precedence for that engagement.

03

Booking and scheduling

Individual sessions are paid first, then scheduled. Team sessions are scheduled around each participant’s work. If you need to change a time, tell us as early as you can.

04

Payment

Individual products are paid by card at booking. Prices are shown before payment. A team engagement is confirmed by the written scope and an invoice. Diagnostic sessions are booked once the invoice is paid.

05

Rescheduling and cancellation

You can move an individual session to a new time up to 24 hours before it starts, at no cost. If you miss a session, or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, we will offer one new time.

Before your session has run, you can cancel and receive a full refund. Once the session has run and your report has been produced, the fee is not refundable, because the work has been delivered.

For a team engagement, rescheduling of individual participants is handled inside the engagement window in the written scope.

06

Confidentiality and results

Each person owns their score. The written report goes to the person who was assessed. No individual score goes to a manager, not on request, not in the debrief, not ever. A team leader receives the pattern map, which never names or ranks a person. The full rules are on the data and confidentiality page, and those rules take priority if anything here appears to differ.

07

Ownership of materials

The SignalCheck methodology, the scenarios, the scoring bands, the report formats, and all session materials belong to SignalCheck Ltd. Your written report is yours. You may keep it, share it, and use it as you choose. A team map is delivered for the client’s internal use and may not be published outside the company without our written agreement. Nothing in an engagement transfers the methodology itself.

08

Session recordings

Sessions are recorded so they can be scored and reviewed. How recordings are stored, who can see them, and how long they are kept is set out on the data and confidentiality page.

09

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page is the current one. A team engagement runs on the terms in force on the date of its written scope.
